About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities, ensuring that our buildings are safe and operational.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Conduct inspections and due diligence efforts to identify potential issues
  • Assist with the maintenance and repair of building and equipment
  • Move office furniture, machinery, and equipment as needed
  • Replace lighting and ballasts, clean HVAC coils, and change filters
  • Complete hazard assessments and comply with safety procedures
  • Update work order status in real-time and utilize CMMS systems
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
