Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities, ensuring that our buildings are safe and operational.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct inspections and due diligence efforts to identify potential issues
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of building and equipment
- Move office furniture, machinery, and equipment as needed
- Replace lighting and ballasts, clean HVAC coils, and change filters
- Complete hazard assessments and comply with safety procedures
- Update work order status in real-time and utilize CMMS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
