**Job Title:** Diesel Engine Technician Specialist

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to perform quality repairs and maintenance on diesel engines/heavy-duty trucks. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of multiple systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner
  • Diagnose failure of vehicles by disassembling, repairing, and reassembling parts
  • Inspect vital parts to ensure they are in proper operating conditions
  • Create a job repair plan based on diagnosis

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of diesel repair and maintenance experience in a heavy truck/fleet dealership or shop environment
  • Strong working knowledge of multiple systems (e.g., A/C, brake, emission, air), diagnostics, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite
