Job Summary

This Heavy Duty Fleet Manager position requires an individual with 5-7 years of diesel engine experience and the ability to work in a team environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shop, including supervising maintenance work, assuring company fleet is within DOT compliance, and maintaining all service and parts records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance, conduct inspections, troubleshoots, diagnoses failures & deficiencies & performs necessary corrections.
  • Assure unit has daily maintenance duties performed and communicates any problems or issues with the unit immediately upon discovery.
  • Conduct Safety Checks & Annual Vehicle Inspections in accordance with provincial & federal laws.
