Job Description

This role will involve managing invoicing for large accounts, collaborating with account managers and sales teams, and handling billing, collections, and cash applications for smaller accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process large account invoices through the customer portal, handling substantial weekly batches.
  • Collaborate with account managers and sales teams to facilitate collections for these accounts.
  • Post received payments promptly and accurately.
  • Handle all billing, collections, and cash applications for smaller accounts, which may require more intensive collection efforts due to their financial instability.
  • Perform cash reconciliations and other month-end duties to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Contribute to the improvement and automation of processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as accounting or finance, preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, with flexibility based on the strength of experience.
  • Proficiency in various software applications, including accounting and customer relationship management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:

The salary for this position is $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
