Warehouse Specialist

Truly Free Inc is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Specialist for our Pick and Pack Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking products based on a pick list, boxing customer orders for shipping, and verifying information on location labels and customer packing lists to maintain high accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure a safe work environment for self and others at all times.
- Prioritize safety, quality, and production to meet company standards.
- Communicate effectively and timely with staff.
- Assist Plant Supervisor and operators as assigned.
- Pick and Pack: Pick and Pack Employees perform repetitive or assembly line operations to mass-pack products.
- Treat it as you own it: Take ownership and responsibility to be successful.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem-analyzing.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
- Regularly bend, lift, stretch, and reach both below the waist and above the head.
- Have the personal strength and stamina to walk briskly for most of the day throughout the facility.
