Marine Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Surveyor to join our team at ManTech. As a Marine Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, with a focus on the shipping, receiving, and inspection of boats and watercraft.

• Receive and inspect incoming boat shipments to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Prepare boats for resale through the General Services Administration (GSA)
• Assist in the inspection and acceptance process of boats and craft, documenting any discrepancies or issues
• Organize and maintain boat inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accurate tracking and control
• Operate forklifts, power tools, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

• High School diploma and a minimum of 8 years of experience working in a marine construction facility or warehouse
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and other power tools
• Experience with mechanical tools for minor boat maintenance and repairs
• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Must be a U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret clearance

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
