About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join the McDonald's team as a General Manager in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring that it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals
  • Set goals and create a plan to achieve them with your leader
  • Provide coaching and direction to improve Department performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team leads into the future
Requirements

Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations. A background in quick-service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
