Job Description

Fluor is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead the engineering execution on medium-sized projects or specific areas of large/mega projects. This role is responsible for the performance of the engineering team and the successful execution of all engineering work on the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall engineering execution leadership on medium-sized projects or specific areas of large/mega projects.
  • Lead and guide the development and implementation of the execution strategy.
  • Oversee the development and enforcement of engineering budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Promote Fluor's competitiveness within the global marketplace by delivering quality services of unmatched value and technical competence.
  • Manage the interface between engineering and other disciplines on the project, including project controls, project management, procurement and contracts, construction, and the client team.
Requirements
  • Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in an engineering field of study.
  • At least 16 years of work-related experience in engineering management.
  • Recognized professional certification or registration in the applicable field, if required.
