Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Head Teller to join our team at Taunton Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coaching staff, providing exceptional member service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our teller lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coach staff to ensure excellent member service and adherence to Credit Union policies and procedures.
  • Process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage and balance cash drawers, ATMs, and vaults, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff as needed, and direct them to appropriate resources.
  • Ensure compliance with Credit Union Security policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in a bank or credit union setting preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to plan and organize, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow up on tasks.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires continuous standing, walking, and use of hands and fingers to handle or feel. The ability to lift up to 10 pounds is also required.
