Position Overview

Taunton Federal Credit Union is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Teller Supervisor to oversee our dynamic teller operations. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional member service while managing daily branch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to teller staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Assist members with various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with Credit Union Security policies during branch operations.
  • Manage the daily balancing of cash drawers and oversee ATM and vault operations.
  • Conduct audits and maintain accurate records of member transactions.
  • Facilitate the opening and closing of member accounts and assist with loan applications.
  • Deliver outstanding member service by addressing inquiries and directing members to appropriate resources.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a banking or credit union environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Full range of motion in upper and lower extremities.
  • Ability to engage in continuous activities such as hearing, talking, and sitting.
  • Frequent standing and lifting up to 10 lbs.
