Key Responsibilities:

  • This role is highly technical, requiring expertise in systems and hardware.
  • Establish project KPIs and drive project sprints to ensure timely achievement of product milestones.
  • Maintain schedule discipline with organizational leadership and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
  • Encourage transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders; proficient in creating presentations and sustaining effective communication channels.
  • Formulate and execute project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to propel project sprints and ensure the timely delivery of product milestones.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in technical program management, showcasing successful leadership in large-scale initiatives.
  • Educational background in electrical, mechanical, robotics, aerospace engineering, or related disciplines, with an emphasis on high-fidelity systems and controls.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments, ideally within startup or innovative sectors.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership of program execution and delivering results under stringent deadlines.
  • Experience in risk management.

Location: Remote options available

Salary: $140,000 to $170,000 + benefits
