As a valued member of the Chris Obear - State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in our daily business operations and customer success. Your primary responsibility will be to foster meaningful relationships with clients, acting as a liaison between their needs and our agency departments. You will also be responsible for proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve the lives of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance on insurance products and services to clients.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring data integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but not required.
