Metro Lexus is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team at the Metro Lexus Auto Spa.

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in supporting daily operations.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 /hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with menu selections and payment options.
  • Inform customers about the advantages of the fast pass program.
  • Direct vehicles onto the track with a focused and friendly demeanor.
  • Conduct visual assessments of each vehicle's condition before entering the wash tunnel.
  • Maintain proficiency in all policies and procedures, executing them daily as required.
  • Ensure the entire facility is kept impeccably clean and organized.
  • Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses properly stored, and trash receptacles emptied.
  • Address customer inquiries politely and professionally.
  • Work safely and report any safety or maintenance concerns to management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential.
  • A friendly and energetic demeanor.
