About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Metro Lexus Auto Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with menu options and payment, provide information and benefits of the fast pass program, and guide cars onto the track with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel and ensure that all vehicles are properly prepared for the wash process.
  • Facility Maintenance: Keep the entire property spotlessly clean, ensure that all equipment is in good working order, and report any safety or maintenance issues to management.
  • Customer Communication: Be polite and available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work safely and effectively with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Orientation: Must be customer-focused and able to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand/walk for the duration of the shift and work in all weather conditions.
  • Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
