We're seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist Leader to join our team in New Orleans, LA. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings using evidence-based tools to identify areas of strength and challenge.
  • Provide direct clinical care services through individual counseling sessions, community interactions, and support network communication.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health or related field.
  • Clinical Mental Health license (LPC, LCSW, LISW) required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral therapy or a related field.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,140.86, reflecting the local market rate and the organization's commitment to fair compensation.
