Your primary responsibilities will include contacting patients, performing patient insurance eligibility checks, preparing prescriptions for delivery, supporting prior authorization processing, addressing patient prescription concerns, and managing inbound pharmacy call volume.

- Perform patient insurance eligibility checks to ensure accurate billing
- Prepare prescriptions for delivery to patients and consumers
- Support prior authorization processing to ensure timely medication delivery
- Address patient prescription concerns and resolve any issues
- Manage inbound pharmacy call volume to ensure efficient customer service
- High school diploma required and college degree preferred
- Experience in a pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is preferred but not required
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
- Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with technology and working with computers
- Competitive hourly rate of $17 to $20 based on experience
