**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeper to join our team at Red Roof. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Greet guests and assist with requests

• Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and other areas using our brand standards

• Remove used bed linens and towels, replace linens, make beds, clean the bathroom, vacuum, and dust

• Restock your transport cart with supplies needed to clean your assigned rooms

• Communicate with the front desk about any concerns with the rooms, lost items, etc.

• Inspect room fixtures for operations and function, report to maintenance any concerns

• Work in some non-climate controlled areas (i.e., walking outside between rooms)

• Perform room and quality inspections to ensure brand standards are being met

**Requirements**

• Previous customer service experience is a plus
