Position Overview

We're seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team in a part-time closing shift role. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue by providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. You'll be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding individual and store financial goals, while also contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody our values and set an example through your behavior
  • Ensure compliance with all company practices and procedures
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Revenue Generation
  • Meet or exceed divisional, store, and individual financial and credit goals
Client Experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations
  • Build relationships with clients and create a loyal client base
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Operations
  • Complete opening and closing procedures, including replenishing merchandise, recovering the store, and processing shipments
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents
Technical Expertise
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using company computer systems and learning platforms
  • Process register transactions quickly and efficiently
  • Operate phone and answer calls with a professional greeting
Product/Brand Management
  • Understand and articulate the company's brand positioning and marketing initiatives
  • Participate in store meetings and attend training sessions
  • Embody the company's values and behaviors in all interactions
Requirements
  • Client Service: Ability to function as a role model and prioritize client needs
  • Follow Directions: Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
  • Merchandising: Knowledge of visual standards and techniques
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, management, and colleagues
  • Accuracy: Ability to handle cash and provide change without error
Educational Requirements and Experience
  • Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry
