HVAC Installation Specialist - SELECT YOUR SHIFT - Up to $40/hr base ($60/hour with performance incentives) - No On-Call Duties - No Required Weekends

- In addition to our competitive pay and incentive programs, we offer flexible schedules tailored to YOUR lifestyle, with NO ON-CALL responsibilities or REQUIRED WEEKENDS. Overtime is available on a voluntary basis. We guarantee YEAR-ROUND WORK. Here are a few examples of the schedules we are currently looking to fill: Alternating 5/4 with three-day weekends; Mon-Fri 8-6; Tue-Sat 8-6; Sun-Thur 8-6; we also provide options for FOUR 10-hour shifts with three days off. We will customize your schedule to fit YOUR needs.
- Paid Time Off: A minimum of two weeks after ninety days (We MATCH your existing PTO balance if it exceeds two weeks).
- Comprehensive uniforms including winter coats, spring jackets, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats.
- Our warehouse ensures that all necessary equipment for your installation is delivered directly to the job site. No need to collect supplies from the warehouse or dispose of waste; our warehouse team handles it all. Start your day directly at the job site.
- A cooler stocked with Gatorade and protein bars will be delivered to your job site by our warehouse team.
- On-site assistance and training provided by our field supervisor team.
- Tools supplied by the company.

- A fully stocked warehouse with parts runners operating seven days a week.
