Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Prepare and label medications for patients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process prescriptions using computer software and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, including medications and supplies.
  • Coordinate patient deliveries and ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Verify patient insurance information and process claims accordingly.
  • Apply manufacturer coupons and process credit card transactions.
  • Update patient information and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate (or equivalent) required.
  • Previous experience in pharmacy or related healthcare fields preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
