Type: 4-Month Contract to Hire
Start Date: December 2, 2024
Pay: $21/hr
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Must be available for an 8-hour shift anytime between 6 AM - 6 PM
- During the Open Enrollment period in the Fall, mandatory overtime may be required, up to 10 hours a week.
Training:
- 4-week training program, Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM
- Weeks 1-3: Classroom and virtual training
- Week 4: On-the-floor training
Job Description: Join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a dynamic call center environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls and some follow-up inquiries.
- Answering questions related to prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information.
- Providing exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail.
- Accurately entering information and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy, managing between 50-100 calls a day based on complexity.
- Utilizing multiple systems and programs to track information and communicate effectively with customers.
Call Queues:
- Medicare Part D: Assist members with questions regarding prior authorizations, co-pays, and medication inquiries. Compassion and patience are essential.
- Member Services: Address general pharmacy questions from members of various insurance companies.
- Physician/Pharmacy: Communicate professionally with pharmacies and physicians, requiring a solid understanding of pharmaceuticals and coverage.
Representatives will be expected to handle up to 80 calls a day, with performance monitored for quality and accuracy.
