Job Summary

Apotheco Pharmacy Choice San Diego is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, preparing products for patients, and processing prescriptions using computer software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and respond to their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Label and prepare products for patients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process prescriptions using computer software, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies, reporting any discrepancies or concerns to management.
  • Coordinate patient deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Complete insurance verification and apply manufacturers' coupons as applicable.
  • Bill and charge credit cards, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Keep patient information up to date, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Requirements
