Job Summary

Apotheco Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers
  • Prepare and label medications for patients
  • Process prescriptions using computer software
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of medications and supplies
  • Coordinate patient deliveries and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Keep the pharmacy clean and organized, adhering to strict quality control standards
  • Verify insurance coverage and apply manufacturer coupons as necessary
  • Bill and charge credit cards for patient services
  • Update patient information and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • High School Graduate (or equivalent) required
  • Previous experience in pharmacy or related healthcare fields preferred
  • Excellent phone presence, with friendly, professional, and well-spoken communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
