1. Engaging customers to ascertain their banking needs and preferences.

4. Promoting customer awareness and education regarding bank services, including digital banking options.

5. Connecting customers with other branch team members or bank representatives who can address their financial needs.

Qualifications:

Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED.

Required Experience:
Minimum of 6 months in a customer service role involving face-to-face interactions AND at least 1 year of recent cash-handling experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales support activities (marketing, outreach, etc.)

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with retail banking products and services.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
