Your primary responsibilities will include processing transactions, enhancing customer understanding of our banking services, and supporting the sales initiatives of our branch team by identifying and directing sales opportunities to the appropriate bank representatives.

Core Responsibilities:
The essential duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
1. Engaging customers to ascertain their banking needs and preferences.
2. Accurately and efficiently processing transactions.
3. Assisting customers with their account servicing requirements.
4. Promoting customer awareness and education regarding bank services, including digital banking options.
5. Connecting customers with other branch team members or bank representatives who can address their financial needs.
Qualifications:
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 6 months in a customer service role involving face-to-face interactions AND at least 1 year of recent cash-handling experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales support activities (marketing, outreach, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with retail banking products and services.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
