Qualifications
We are looking for a registered Patent Attorney or Agent with the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience with AI models, neural networks, and deep learning.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML theory, including backpropagation, regularization, and optimization.
  • Experience in data preprocessing, feature selection, model training/tuning, and deployment in production environments.
  • Preferred domain experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, natural language processing, wireless communications, or computer vision.
  • Active registration to practice with the USPTO; attorney candidates should also be a member in good standing of their home office bar or eligible for bar admission.
