Disability Travel Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Travel Coordinator to join our team in the Dallas office. As a key member of our Intellectual Property practice, you will provide administrative support to our lawyers, ensuring the smooth operation of our patent prosecution processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support lawyers in our Intellectual Property practice with document production, including formatting, editing, and finalizing correspondence, memoranda, briefs, motions, and pleadings.
- Organize client files in paper form and/or electronically via our document management system.
- Process new client/new matter and conflict search requests using our InTapp application and prepare engagement letters.
- Coordinate lawyer travel arrangements, including air, hotel, and car reservations.
- Process and manage lawyer expenses using our Chrome River application.
- Schedule client and firm meetings, including coordinating audio/video conference meetings and catering needs.
- Convert/scan documents to electronic format.
- Assist with CLE registration, including obtaining approval, registering, calendaring, and processing payment.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of Intellectual Property Patent Prosecution experience required.
- Some experience in IP patent litigation required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with lawyers in international legal practices.
- A self-starter who is committed to the job, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
