About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Fitness Coach Hybrid to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness - Franchise #0217. As a Group Fitness Coach Hybrid, you will be responsible for leading and motivating members through high-energy workouts, while also providing exceptional customer service and promoting our studio's services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for all participants.
- Build relationships with members and provide personalized support to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our studio's services and attract new members.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless studio operations and exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and industry developments to provide the best possible experience for our members.
Requirements:
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, body mechanics, and general fitness principles.
- Personal training and/or group fitness certifications from a reputable organization (OTF preferred sources such as ACSM, ACE, PTA, NASM, NCSA, AFFA, ISSA, or NFPT).
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels.
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Project confidence and energy on a microphone.
- Flexible to work some morning, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed.
