About the Opportunity

We are seeking a clinical mental health specialist to provide psychological services at multiple correctional facilities in North Carolina.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a psychologist to work with offenders, providing comprehensive psychological evaluations and interventions. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a correctional setting and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations on offenders
  • Provide behavioral training services and conduct individual and group counseling sessions
  • Offer consultations to staff within the facility and outside treatment agencies
  • Interpret results using psychological assessment instruments
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a master's degree in psychology with an emphasis on clinical psychology and possess relevant certifications, including NC licensure and BLS certification.

Compensation
