Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Associate to join our team at West Technology Group Inc. As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone and email
  • Resolve technical issues and concerns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Document all client interactions and communications
  • Escalate requests outside of scope to a supervisor
  • Partner with internal technical resources to coordinate maintenance tasks
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 6 months of experience in technical customer service
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • IT certification (SQL, CompTIA, A+, Network +, Linux +, CCNA, Web/UX Design)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree
  • Experience in healthcare
