Certifications: Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in spoken and written English, facilitating effective communication with customers, management, and colleagues.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Point of Sale systems and payroll software.
- Accurate cash handling skills.

Supervisory Duties:
- Provides direction to assigned staff or in the absence of management.
- Reports any behavioral or attitude concerns to management.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform these functions.

While executing the responsibilities of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands for handling, and communicate effectively. The employee frequently walks and reaches with hands and arms, and occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, or crouches.

This position operates within a retail setting characterized by a quiet to moderate noise level. The environment may be dusty and subject to temperature variations. Employees may be required to stand for extended periods. This role may be either full-time or part-time and will include weekend and evening hours.
