The Sales Executive - Fashion Industry will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the fashion sector. This position requires a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base
  • Promote Lectra's vision and increase brand awareness through regular customer visits and presentations
  • Define account plans to optimize revenue potential and prioritize key customers
  • Manage complex sales cycles, including solution definition, quotation, and negotiation
  • Apply consultative selling methodology to ensure customer satisfaction and needs are met

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in direct and consultative sales of high-value solutions and complex projects
  • Experience in the fashion industry and strong network within the sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to maximize sales opportunities
  • Fluent English language skills

Travel: The position is remote, with 50% travel to customers, prospects, and Lectra offices.

Salary: Total salary to be discussed, with benefits including mobile phone, laptop, and sick insurance.
