Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Lectra. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and growth by developing and implementing effective sales enablement strategies.

• Develop and execute sales enablement strategies to drive sales performance and growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sales enablement needs and develop solutions
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
• Analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales enablement strategies
• Provide coaching and feedback to sales teams to improve performance
• Develop and maintain sales enablement content and materials

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 2-5 years of sales, sales training, and enablement experience
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and instructional design
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work efficiently
• Aptitude for problem-solving and working cross-functionally with others
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

The position is based in the United States, with occasional domestic and international travel required.
