Job Summary

Venture Solar is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and selling our solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and pitch our solar energy solutions to potential customers
  • Assist customers in understanding the benefits of solar energy and how it can save them money
  • Gather customer information and provide custom solar solutions
  • Set appointments to answer customer questions and provide additional information
  • Work with sales experts to ensure customer accounts flow through the installation process
  • Network and expand your customer base
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics

Requirements

  • College degree (preferred)
  • Prior sales or hospitality experience
  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
