About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ticket Sales Representative to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ticket Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive ticket sales and revenue growth, including identifying new sales opportunities and building relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for our customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales strategies and optimize revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven and Goal-Oriented: Demonstrate a strong ability to drive results and achieve sales targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite: Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
