Senior Program Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Analyst to join our team at the Department of the Treasury. As a key member of our Large Business and International Division, you will play a critical role in driving business solutions and program management.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute work assignments for subordinates, setting priorities and schedules for completion.
- Assign tasks to team members based on priorities, considering the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
- Evaluate work performance and make recommendations for recognition or disciplinary action.
- Provide guidance, advice, and instruction to employees on work and administrative matters.
- Interview candidates for positions and recommend appointments, promotions, or reassignments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One year of specialized experience in a management or leadership role, demonstrating technical competence and managerial skills.
- Experience in planning, developing, and implementing business solutions and programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies, including the Enterprise Life Cycle (ELC) framework.
