Commercial Insurance Line Growth Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Line Growth Manager to join our team at Carlson & Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with commercial clients to drive business growth and maximize profitability.
- Identify New Opportunities: Continuously identify and pursue new commercial insurance opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
- Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide accurate quotes, and offer supplemental information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators: Track and report on key sales metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives.
What We Offer:

- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in B2B sales, negotiation, and communication.
