Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Loan Processor to join our team at NW Staffing Resources. As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for processing loans, preparing security interest filings, and maintaining accurate loan files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fund loans and complete all necessary details to ensure accurate setup on our core system.
  • Monitor new loans to ensure timely payment receipt.
  • Prepare and maintain security interest filings/lien documents for loans.
  • Ensure loan files are complete and accurate, auditing and filing new documents.
  • Process paid loan reports, including releasing collateral and closing lending files.
  • Process loan payment coupons, check orders, and monitor Pay and Save loans for rate reductions.
  • Process member deposits and payments received via mail.

Requirements:

  • High School education or equivalent.
  • At least six months of previous work experience as a consumer loan processor/title clerk.
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
