Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the College of Arts. This role will provide administrative support to the Instructional Biology Program, working closely with faculty, staff, and students to ensure the smooth operation of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Instructional Biology Program, including coordinating events, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist faculty with course website setup and management, as well as paper-based and computer-based exams.
  • Oversee a team of work-study student employees and assist students on a walk-in basis with course materials, exams, and grades.
  • Support the Department of Biology's main office staff with various administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • B.A./B.S. required, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Organization, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general office administration.
