Progressive Care Registered Nurse

At Heart Hospital of Austin, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and providing a supportive work environment for our colleagues. As a Progressive Care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in our team's efforts to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and implement and evaluate care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and accurate delivery of care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Monitor hemodynamic status and correctly interpret cardiac rhythms
- Consult with other departments as needed to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire
