We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Heart Hospital of Austin. As a Progressive Care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
About the Role:- Perform patient assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and implement and evaluate care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and accurate delivery of care.
- Formulate and revise plans of care based on patient response to treatment.
- Identify and treat dysrhythmias and other cardiac conditions as needed.
- Perform head-to-toe assessments on all patients per policy.
- 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - preferred.
- Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License.
