Key Responsibilities:

* Provide prompt and professional service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Perform a variety of financial transactions, including cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and loan payments, in accordance with credit union policies and procedures.
* Cross-sell credit union products and services to members, providing them with information and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
* Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals, investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Requirements:

* High school graduate or equivalent required.
* Customer service experience preferred.
* Sales experience preferred.
* Cash handling experience helpful.
