About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (APRN) and experienced licensed Physician Assistants to join our dynamic and rapidly growing mobile wound care team.

Job Details
  • Role: Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant
  • Commitment: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
  • Patient Load: Max census of 30-35 patients, approximately 7-9 per day
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $170,000/year, a $10,000 sign-on bonus (paid out quarterly), and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and specialized care, ensuring effective management of diverse health conditions.
  • Establish strong relationships with patients and their families for better health outcomes.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet healthcare goals.
  • Facilitate referrals and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
