At Salem Hospital, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our support services team, the Client Service Liaison will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the Client Service Coordinator and the Support Services Manager, the Client Service Liaison will provide exceptional support services to our laboratory team.
  • Responsibilities will vary depending on the area in which the individual is assigned, but may include tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and communication with laboratory staff.

Qualifications:

  • Requires intense attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to deal with a wide range of personalities and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medical terminology and accurate typing skills are highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a hospital or physician office setting is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
