Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leader in Training. As a Leader in Training, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Generation and Guest Service: Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions, and recommend products based on guest needs and desires.
- Teammate Recruiting, Training, and Development: Recognize recruiting opportunities, develop skills, and assist in leading, directing, and motivating new teammates.
- Visual Merchandise Management: Own and influence product through zone ownership, recognize and assign zones and projects to teammates, and confirm teammates are following visual standards.
- Operations: Work a flexible schedule, understand and utilize the planner, watch for security risks, and follow all loss prevention guidelines.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training.
- Ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
