Retail Sales Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at UNIQLO Alderwood Mall. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, working collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve targets.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in sales floor meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company initiatives and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months retail or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, and lift up to 25 pounds.
