About the Role

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
