Cennox is seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for servicing our customers by performing preventative maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of financial equipment throughout Staten Island and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and installation of financial equipment
  • Determine issues with products and provide solutions
  • Train customers on the proper use of financial equipment
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience
  • Electro-mechanical skills and ability to use basic hand tools
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and mapping and routing applications
  • Ability to learn through telephone training and communicate effectively with customers
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
