RESUMEN: Se encarga de planificar y desarrollar programas publicitarios en medios; Responsable de la supervisión general de la gestión de campañas para su equipo y actúa como líder del equipo en temas y tareas relacionadas con las campañas; Participa en la mentoría y capacitación de nuevos miembros del personal y de personal junior.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES:

  • Gestionar, capacitar, desarrollar y guiar a un equipo de 1 a 3 personas, incluyendo Planificador/Comprador de Medios Senior, Planificadores/Compradores de Medios.
  • Proporcionar experiencia en medios, ayudar a definir objetivos y asegurar que todas las campañas estén alineadas con la estrategia para alcanzar las metas del cliente.
  • Planificar y desarrollar programas publicitarios/mediáticos a través de múltiples verticales.
  • Negociar y adquirir medios tanto offline (televisión, radio, periódicos, exteriores y revistas) como online (programático, directo de sitios, móvil/tablet, etc.).
  • Consultar con proveedores de medios para evaluar la mejor ubicación y asegurar el uso óptimo del presupuesto del cliente. Fomentar y mantener relaciones con proveedores. Buscar nuevos socios y tecnologías para los clientes.
  • Recopilar estadísticas y preparar planes de medios, diagramas de flujo y directrices para guiar el proceso de compra.
  • Ayudar a establecer metas, objetivos y estrategias mediáticas para las campañas publicitarias.
  • Presentar planes de medios al Director Asociado de Medios y/o al cliente para su aprobación, junto con la justificación que respalde las decisiones del plan.
  • Responsable de actualizar y mantener informes de clientes, incluyendo análisis de datos e insights.
  • Mantener todas las compras de medios a través de la gestión de facturas y ser responsable de analizar y asistir con los resultados post-compra.
  • Delegar cargas de trabajo a los miembros junior del equipo durante el proceso de planificación y compra de medios.
  • Liderar iniciativas no relacionadas con campañas que respondan a las necesidades del negocio (por ejemplo, actualizaciones de procesos, capacitación en nuevas tecnologías, POVs).
  • Contribuir y ayudar a liderar esfuerzos de capacitación en medios.
  • Evaluar y recomendar necesidades internas de recursos mediáticos.
  • Asistir en las evaluaciones de desempeño del equipo de planificación/compra de medios.
  • Desarrollar estudios de caso para uso interno y de nuevos negocios.
  • Apoyar al AMD y al Director de Medios en actividades de nuevos negocios.
  • Representar a la agencia en conferencias de medios.

CALIFICACIONES/EXPERIENCIA:

  • Se requiere título universitario.
  • Se requieren más de 6 años de experiencia en Medios o Planificación/Compra de Medios.
  • Se prefiere experiencia digital (especialmente programática) y en medios de difusión.
  • Éxito demostrado en la mentoría y desarrollo de un equipo de personal junior.
  • Capacidad demostrada para enseñar habilidades analíticas al personal junior.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, y habilidades de presentación.
  • Gran atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas.
  • Fuerte atención al detalle.
