- Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Collaborate with the team to set up and tear down equipment at donation sites, ensuring all necessary materials are available and in good working order.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure the integrity of the blood collection process, adhering to all regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
- Transportation and Logistics: Safely transport and store equipment, supplies, and blood products, maintaining accurate records and reports as needed.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with donors, colleagues, and management.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights, stand for long periods, and adapt to irregular schedules and frequent changes.
- Certifications and Training: Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record; basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
- Competitive Compensation: Starting rate $15.48/hr.
