Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a strong background in adult reconstruction surgery, with expertise in primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty. They will be expected to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with musculoskeletal disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Perform complex surgical procedures, including hip and knee replacements, with a focus on achieving optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal disorders, taking into account their individual needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and radiologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in research and education initiatives to advance the field of orthopaedic surgery and improve patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery.
- Completion of a fellowship program in Adult Reconstruction Surgery.
